CaterLot has two ice machine brands on offer. BRICE – that is completely manufactured in Italy and POLARCAB – manufactures by a well-established Chinese factory.
You have the option of Modular ice machines or Self-contained ice machines. Modular ice machines are high production machines where the machine and the storage bin is sold separately.
Self-contained ice machines has a production rate of 20kg – 150kg per day. The storage bin is part of the machine. Hence the name.
You also have further options of different types of ice that can be produced.
• Gourmet cubes (large bell shape)
• Econo cube (square, flat shape)
• Hollow cube (finger type)
• Flaked ice
